Steampunk is seeking a Technical Project Manager who is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities will include team leadership for the complete life cycle of solution development and delivery, providing Agile Project Management support and Scrum Master support for Agile teams, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on prioritzing the backlog, creating release schedules and roadmaps based on assessment recommendations, and establishing technical practices and release management standards that align with the customer's process. This individual will also ensure the team is following, and effective at, Agile scrum processes as well as driving high client satisfaction.

Steampunk is supporting a government customer that is organized into agile teams working to develop integrated solutions using the Agile/SAFe Framework. The DevSecOps Engineer will work as part of an agile development team to build and support enterprise-class software applications. The current technology stack includes front-end web interfaces, web services, server-side business logic batch jobs such as extract-transform-load (ETL), and database backends.
Steampunk is seeking a forward-leaning, forward-thinking, smart, hard-working, aggressive Cloud Architect to help our clients assess their operational environments and plan, develop, and execute both strategic and tactical roadmaps for cloud migration. We want to work with folks who love research, want to pilot programs, and prove to our customers that our solutions provide real business value. Please don't apply if you want to be told what to do. We want you to ask the questions about what our customers need, vocalize and document recommendations, and then formulate, propose, and execute the plan to fulfill those needs. That being said, you must be able to play well with others. Our customers are largely Federal Government clients, who have the typical constraints, concerns, and requirements associated with performance plans, organizational responsibilities, etc. Further, you must be willing and able to effectively work with teams of other cloud, systems, and network engineers; as well as project managers - and have excellent communication skills and attitude.
Steampunk is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to help deliver cutting edge mission enablement apps. We are looking for established experience with cloud platform services, DevOps practices such as build/release management, secure SDLC/DevSecOps practices such as automating security processes in CI/CD pipeline, and general automation.
As a Senior Service Designer, you will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence™ process, incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to solve end to end service and customer experience challenges. You will plan, organize, and facilitate sessions that uncover pain points, identify opportunities to define vision and strategy, and develop creative ways to solve complex problems. You will serve as the voice of the customer, making sure their needs are considered and met within any proposed solution.
As a Senior Disruption Design Lead, you will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence® process; incorporating human-centered and design thinking methods to focus on the people impacted by transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
Steampunk is seeking a Senior Salesforce Application Developer who is creative and is a hands-on expert with delivering innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities will include working with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. Developing, testing, documenting and maintaining solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Executing test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Following coding standards and performing code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

You will develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as flows, validations, approvals, Lightning components, and everything clicks not code. You will create and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. You will participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
As an Enterprise Salesforce Technical Architect, you will work with client stakeholders, business analysts, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. This is a unique technical leadership position - we are looking for someone on their #journeyToCta and are offering in-depth 1+1 coaching with our in-house CTA. By becoming a Certified Technical Architect, you will help us grow our business as more and more federal government customers look to CTA-certified professionals to guide them through enterprise modernization efforts.
