Overview

As an Enterprise Salesforce Technical Architect, you will work with client stakeholders, business analysts, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. This is a unique technical leadership position - we are looking for someone on their #journeyToCta and are offering in-depth 1+1 coaching with our in-house CTA. By becoming a Certified Technical Architect, you will help us grow our business as more and more federal government customers look to CTA-certified professionals to guide them through enterprise modernization efforts. 

Contributions

  • Design, document, and deliver high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business needs 
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications 
  • Support data migration and integration-related analysis, acting in a planning and advisory role 
  • Design Salesforce solutions that are secure and compliant 
  • Research and design new Salesforce prototypes and applications 
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce release notes and advise on the impacts of each release 
  • Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with clients 
  • Document best practices and operational procedures 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement within the project environment using agile methodologies 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Active U.S. Citizenship 
  • Passed the Architect Review Board Evaluation and planning to attempt the CTA Review Board 
  • 8 years of Salesforce experience in a technical role 
  • 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Architect role 
  • Proficiency in leading, organizing, and training teams of Salesforce developers 
  • Bachelor’s Degree 

 

Nice-to-have: 

  • CTA certified or have a CTA section retake scheduled 
  • B.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering 
  • Proficient in leading discovery phases, eliciting both functional and technical requirements
