Steampunk is seeking a Digital Content Manager to drive and support the creation, collection, management, distribution, and continual improvement of Steampunk’s Design Intelligence Framework (capability playbooks, best practices, lessons learned, roadmaps, personas, etc.) and the Steampunk University, or “PUNK U” (educational materials, training videos, lunch and learns, webinars, learning journeys, etc.). These are corporate programs that Steampunk provides to all employees to continuously improve the skills of our employees, provide consistency and excellence in the ways we provide professional services to our customers, and continuously identify new and innovative ways to solve problems and build solutions on our engagements. This Digital Content Manager will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for engaging with Steampunk capability Practice Leads and Steampunk employees to understand the needs of the organization and deliver on those needs through the Design Intelligence and PUNK U resources. This person will be comfortable working with people across the company and will be tasked with creating content with Steampunk employees as authors.
