This role sits at the intersection of mission, technology, and growth. You will work closely with senior government leaders and internal solution teams to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and deliver innovative capabilities across areas such as Cybersecurity, Data and AI platforms, DevSecOps, and Digital transformation.

Drive Strategic Growth
You will help shape and execute Steampunk’s growth strategy across federal law enforcement agencies including Department of Justice components and other national security organizations.
This includes identifying new opportunities, developing pipeline, and guiding pursuits from early shaping through contract award.
Lead Opportunity Development and Capture
You will lead strategic captures and guide pursuits through the full lifecycle including:
You will work closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and executives to ensure our offerings align with mission needs and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Build Trusted Customer Relationships
Success in this role requires strong relationships and credibility. You will engage with senior leaders across agencies to understand evolving mission challenges and help translate mission needs into technology-enabled solutions.
Collaborate Across the Organization
You will partner closely with Steampunk leadership, delivery teams, and growth professionals to build long-term customer strategies and expand our presence across key agencies.
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
