We are seeking a Change Management professional to help strengthen adoption of our Design Intelligence® framework for both new and existing employees. This role is focused on understanding barriers to engagement, developing and improving and training and communication content, and increasing practical use of our playbooks and best practices in day-to-day work. You will work closely with our Design Intelligence Coaches, Chief Design Officer, Marketing & Prod Squad, Portfolio Leads, Delivery Leads, and HR to help ensure the framework is clear, accessible, and actively used — not just introduced. Design Intelligence is foundational to how we work. This role ensures our people understand it, engage with it, and apply it in meaningful ways. If you enjoy diagnosing adoption challenges, developing and implementing communication strategies, improving learning experiences, and making frameworks usable and practical, this role is for you.
