Steampunk is seeking a Solution Architect to drive pre-sales technical engagement and solution design for our Federal market clients. This individual will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will team with our client portfolio teams to seek an understanding of our clients’ technical requirements, envisioning innovative solutions, and supporting business development activities through technical expertise and consultative skills. The Solution Architect will work closely with sales and delivery teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling client solutions across all Federal market sectors with the goal of growing the business.
You will work as a key technical resource supporting Steampunk's business development and client engagement efforts. We are looking for candidates with 5-10 years of experience who can serve as trusted technical advisors to Federal clients and internal sales teams. This role requires strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences, along with the ability to understand diverse client environments and craft tailored solutions.
You will act as both technical consultant and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between Steampunk's technical capabilities and client mission requirements.
