Steampunk is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager. We seek experienced professionals who have incorporated Human Centered Design into the management of highly technical programs spanning application development, platform re/engineering, cloud migration, and/or data science. Our Project Managers must be able to effectively communicate with Federal stakeholders at all levels within the organization and navigate organizational constraints – effecting positive change.

In this role we’re looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client-facing advisor, coach, mentor, and an accountable manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment. Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
