As the Senior Director, Quality & Customer Success, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and customer success processes and practices within the Homeland, Commerce, & Justice (HC&J) portfolio. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President of the HC&J Portfolio. Your primary objective will be to identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's ability to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of quality assurance practices into our operations. As a senior leader focused on customer success, you will participate in customer, partner, and internal business meetings to advocate and support successful customer outcomes.
