As a Steampunk Salesforce Sr. Functional Analyst, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.  Develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

• Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security and data access, setting up workflows, sharing rules and permission sets.
• Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations.
• Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop and manage system test scripts and manage internal team testing process.
• Lead testing activities such as internal unit testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in training rollouts to new users, and grow the application knowledge.
• Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics.
• Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce features and help determine if there is applicability to project/application.

Required:

• Must have a BA/BS degree.
• Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of 4 years of Salesforce functional experience.
• Maintains active Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Experience working with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
• Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis.
• Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
• Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile methodologies. 
• Experience participating backlog refinement sessions, developing the product backlog, leading or participating Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities.
• Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources.
