Steampunk is seeking a Director of Salesforce Change Management who are operationally-minded, creative, hands-on experts with delivering innovative solutions to approaching change in the Government. Ideal candidates will thrive working with clients in a consultative relationship capacity and will have experience managing teams of OCM (Organizational Change Management) personnel to navigate complex change requirements around our core technologies offerings (Salesforce, Databricks, Google Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau, etc). Responsibilities will include leadership of teams for the complete life-cycle of solution development and deployment, from hands-on proposal support to driving adoption initiatives and complete training deployment. This individual will ensure effective end-to-end org strategy and change design, to include holistic change canvas to running OCM Change deliverables with other technologies and solutions, driving high client satisfaction with the final product.
