As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will work as a leader in our Steampunk Capture and Sales organization and will be responsible for managing our proposal process and leading teams of business and technical leaders to produce winning responses to government solicitations. This will include preparing proposal kickoff materials, conducting kickoff meetings and communicating team roles and responsibilities, developing compliance matrices, developing proposal outlines and schedules, and orchestrating the overall final proposal response in time for thorough reviews and submission preparation. You will work with the team to ensure they are developing a compliant proposal that is reflective of our win strategies. In addition to proposal management, this role includes supporting competitive research, preparing white papers and marketing materials in support of sales and capture efforts, and maintaining our SharePoint knowledge repository along with our Capture and Sales teams.
