    Contributions

    Responsibilities

    As the Service Design Lead, you will:

    • Be responsible for the quality of all deliverables across a variety of projects.
    • Be a hands-on design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through to detailed design and implementation across a variety of devices and platforms.
    • Communicate and envision service concepts and ideas using methods & tools that illustrate all the components and touch-points of the service. Pulling together all aspects of the service design offering
    • Inspire innovative approaches to design, using creative facilitation techniques and taking the lead at client meetings, internal company meetings, brainstorming and external design events.
    • Encourage innovative approaches to design techniques, enabling the design team to embrace different angles to a design problem.
    • Create “focused innovation” that balances the client’s business needs while meeting their goal of improved user or service experience
    • Create design briefs based on project proposals and client feedback.
    • Have an understanding of how user research should be integrated into a project
    • Embrace and harness new technologies.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Arts
    • 6 years delivering interface and service design solutions for various clients
    • Strong leadership & hands on experience with design tools
    • Experience bringing a strategic perspective across a variety of work streams
    • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Storytelling and a relationship building skills
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Strong client communication skills
    • Experience developing rapid prototypes
    • Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

     

     Preferred Skills

    • Experience working on a cross functional Salesforce implementation team
    • Experience developing and delivering prototype solutions
    • Experience managing multiple teams and design efforts simultaneously
